Villa No.1 | Luxuriöse Villa am Wasser • Beheizter Pool & Whirlpool • Privater Bootssteg • Südliches Cape Coral

Sehr freundlich, alles super, unkompliziert.

This house checks ALL the boxes. You will not be disappointed. Hosts were so easy to communicate with and addressed our tiny issues immediately. Would definitely go back to this house!

This villa is exceptional and truly luxurious! It's the most well-appointed and clean rental we've ever stayed in and I was loathe to leave it. The host has thought of everything from lovely, plush bathroom towels, to glassware for every type of drink, to pool and beach toys, to comfortable beds, to an incredible array of cooking tools. Both floors are simply loaded with amenities and the lanai and grill area are impressive. The cleanliness of simply EVERYTHING is outstanding! The house is even better than the photos! We couldn't more highly recommend staying here.

One of the best villas in Cape Coral! Immaculately maintained and superbly equipped. It hardly gets any better than this.
